I was wandering how much a 10,000 sq ft warehouse would cost in UK north west area with supply to water and electricity and also near any motor way preferably in merseyside Thankyou very much =D Also in good condition not much repair needed?
And if you know would it be cheaper to buy this or buy 10acres of flat land and build on that???

I have a 2.5 ton tempstar air conditioner for a 1400 sq. foot home. No shade what so ever. Only me and my wife live in the home. The home is a new construction bought last year. I live in Nashville, TN so it does get pretty humid here. If I keep my air conditioner set at 73 degrees all month keeping in mind that it will run most of the day expect for maybe shutting off a few times at night about how much would my electric bill be? Don’t have to be exact, just getting an average amount based on what I’ve just said. I hear it’s cheaper to run it longer any way than to have it cycle on and off every few mins. like some slightly oversized units. Thanks.

So I bought a manual carpet cleaner and I have halved my electricity bill by using the hoover only once per week. also saving on hoover bags. PS. I realize this is not a question but it is a useful tip for others to follow, Don’t you think ?

I want to grow my own plants in late winter for our Vegetable/herb garden next year. I know I need lights but my mom seems to think that it might be expensive to run three or four standard 4ft. fixtures 12-16 hours a day for 8-10 weeks.
We live in New York, West of the capital (in that area though). I’m not sure what the price is per kilowatt of electricity, but I would like to find out how much it will cost to grow our own plants vs. buying them.

i have just bought a 3 bed house and cannot pay the mortgage on my own so am getting in 2 tenants in with me.
the rent i will charge will include bills - but i don’t have a clue how much water, electricity and gas bills will be! (i am moving straight from home and am only 19 so have know idea about bills!)
its a 3 bed semi detached house in cambridge.

I just bought a 56″ DLP LED Samsung TV and it uses 230W of electricity when on and has an Energy Star sticker on it. I was just wondering if I would be saving electricity (and contributing less to global warming) if I used my new LED DLP TV more than my old 27″ CRT. Thanks!

I’m looking into buying a piece of land in the area of bakersfield. I need to put the electricity on my own. Not me physically, but I need to take care of it. How much does that run for? Like the light polls in the street and everything that I need? Or what can I do?
