Can you suggest thermostat that has range from 60F to 220F . That means regular home thermostat wont work. I know about RONCO ETC thermostats but they like $55 on eBay. Do you know where I can buy it cheaper. I build a smoker with hot plate powered by electricity but its hard to keep temperature constant.

$55 is not a bad price for what you’re looking for.
You could try an appliance repair shop and see if they have a stove or oven control. Depending on how creative you’re feeling, you could also take an inexpensive hotplate and disassemble it, putting the dial on the outside of your smoker and the heating element on the inside.
